We strive to ensure you’re happy with your Organikaon purchases. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund upon its return. Replacement shipping for these situations is free.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: If you receive a product that falls into this category, contact our Customer Relationship Management Department (CRM) within 3 days of delivery. Include a photo or video as proof by calling our hotline (+8801886845485) or emailing [[email protected]]. The CRM team will assist you with a replacement or refund after consulting with management. This policy applies for 15 days for electronics with manufacturing defects.

Unopened & Unused Products: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or swatched (applied in small amounts) products, liquids, or semi-liquids.

Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges won’t be granted due to a change of mind, dislike of the product’s scent, texture, color, or design.

Incorrect Orders: If you order the wrong product by mistake, we may offer an exchange, but you’ll be responsible for return and reshipping costs. However, this depends on the product type, exchange risks, and management approval.

Packaging and Documentation: All returns must include the original invoice, Organikaon box, and original product packaging (if applicable) in undamaged condition.

Return Shipping: Our customer service will arrange a free pick-up for returns(conditions may apply).If your return claim is valid, we’ll reimburse your courier charges. If your claim is deemed invalid, you’ll be responsible for the return and reshipping costs.
